Quality Policy Statement

Gorilla Corrosion (Services) Ltd provides surface preparation and the application of protective coatings to various surfaces.

It is the policy of Gorilla Corrosion (Services) Ltd to continually improve our performance, quality, Health & Safety and reliability to ensure that the specified service meets agreed Customer and applicable requirements.

Our Quality Management System has been developed and documented to comply fully with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015. This policy is appropriate to the purpose and context of the business and supports its strategic direction.

All equipment used shall be maintained such that’s its performance does not compromise the quality of service provided.

All employees of the company are directed to comply with the Business Manual and Quality Procedures as appropriated to work activities.

It is the overall responsibility of the Managing Director to ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained throughout Gorilla Corrosion (Services) Ltd.

Gorilla Corrosion (Services) Ltd has established Quality Objectives consistent with this Quality Policy and capable of being measured.

These objectives have been established giving due consideration of current and future Company needs and the markets served following the identification of primary goals, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Continual improvement of the service provided.
  • Giving consideration to the requirements of society and the environment.
  • Work undertaken that is consistence with professional standards and ethics.

The Company-wide objectives have similarly been the catalyst for the development of departmental objectives against which we monitor our performance as we strive to continually improve the service provided.
